Class Descriptions
Each class will be offered for a maximum of ten participants in each class.
Combined Yoga Levels - Fundamental
yoga combined with a twist of some optional challenging sequences. If you
are ready to move things up a little notch in your life, then come
enjoy new or familiar realms of moving that body!
Fundamental Yoga - Ease
into Yoga through breath awareness and basic poses. Individual
attention is emphasized to ensure body alignment and enhanced
breathwork. Loosen your body to allow a greater infusion of
tranquility. This mindful approach yields calm energy and an open sensation of being. Great for beginners.
Sitting Still - Quiet
inner time with others who thrive in sharing time being still while
focusing on inner reflections passing and or reminding the self to be
aware of the physical body and breath.
Yoga Outdoors - This
outing will take you to inspiring natural settings close to home to
help you experience the peace and concentration of hatha yoga. We will
explore a variety of postures and deep breathing suitable for all
levels. Emphasis on posture and the development of balance and
alignment to best support muscles and joints with peace and stillness
on the trail. In addition to yoga, we will enjoy some light hiking to
access the best spots for the day. Bring a mat or ground pad.
